You will just need to cover the postage to send it back to us.
All items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an Exchange or Store
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.
The items must:
- be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- not smell of perfume, deodorant or after shave lotion, so please take due care when trying on your garments.
For hygienic reasons hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
Sixty Four staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer.
Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. So any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit, that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.
International – return delivery is available for our international customers, note you may need to check with your customs policy on parcels leaving your country.
Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. You will received an email with details of the Store Credit. Store Credits can only be used online and may be used instore.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
